2. Leadership & Oversight Structure
PSF operates under a robust governance framework consisting of:
- Board of Trustees: The Board provides high level oversight accountability
- Executive Leadership Team: Led by the Founder/President and the Managing Director, this team manages daily operations and drives program implementation.
- Advisory Partners: Subject-matter experts from academia, development, finance, agriculture, education, and governance serve as advisory partners on a project-by-project basis to strengthen program quality and sustainability.

The Foundation adheres to strict internal financial management systems designed to ensure integrity, traceability, and responsible use of funds.
